Pros

Opportunity to work with different customer in different environments every day! Customer satisfaction through Sonic products are consistent.

Cons

Poor management skills, no respect for installer technicians who are the life of the company. Will burn out there techs and replace them. They also have contracted work out so now the in house techs don’t have as much work.

Pros

Plenty or room for advancement, great co workers / company culture, work van and gas card provided by company , paid drive time

Cons

The hours can be brutal sometimes. It is not uncomon to work anywhere from 10 - 13 hours, granted part of this is driving to and from jobs etc.
