I'll say it again: They really know how to treat their people here. Everyone is friendly and helpful toward each other and our customers, and there's no shortage of clever puns and upbeat nerdiness around the office. We celebrate our successes together during monthly company-wide meetings, where raffle prizes and wads of cash are readily available for dedicated employees. The fun doesn't stop there: not only does Sonic throw one heck of a holiday party, but they also invite all of their staff to celebrate the company's birthday each Summer so we all can appreciate how far we've come from our humble beginnings. The good vibes trickle down from the co-founder and CEO, Dane Jasper, whose positive attitude and genuine kindness are a shining example to all. I'm closing in on my one-year anniversary at Sonic and I still pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!

Cons

Sometimes we have growing pains as we try to keep up with our success, but I don't know what person in their right mind would complain. I like the constant shuffle of cubicles and new faces! It's a sign that our business is growing because we are doing a great job!

Dynamic fast growing company with many opportunities for motivated individuals that are looking for a rewarding challenge. We have a wide range of technology products available to facilitate internet and telephone connectivity for homes and businesses.

Cons

There aren't any, just bring the right attitude and you can be part of something really fun that allows you to grow and challenge yourself with the ability to move up in the organization.

Pros

Fantastic coworkers! Sonic hires some seriously awesome employees. The office is dog-friendly, so there are pups hanging out in the cubicles. The CEO, Dane, is a great leader/ motivator-- he jokes around with you if you pass him in the office! There's Ping-Pong, pinball, darts, shuffleboard, a kitchen, and a little convenience store in the office. The surrounding community recognizes Sonic as a great company and employer, which feels great! I've recommended Sonic careers to friends based on my experience as a happy employee. A few years down the line, I feel I will still be happily working for Sonic.

Cons

Cubicles (wa wa waahh). There also seems to be a bit of a divide between departments...unrelated to the cubicles.
