I notice that space I had to work in is important and coworkers are more important to understand. I can stay in my station until break

Plenty of hours, room for growth/promotions, flexible managers

Cons

Low pay, typically understaffed which becomes difficult during lunch and dinner rushes, lots of duties and can be difficult to balance chores and cooking when you only have two cooks for a night
