      Culture change from SonicWALL to Dell

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, always work to do and new technology to learn, somewhat flexible schedule (depending on manager)

      Cons

      Not a lot of career growth, bonuses/raises not reflective of how much you actually contribute, some managers difficult to approach, not enough resources for some teams making workload nearly impossible to manage.

      Pros

      At least in the engineering team, they are very flexible on working hours and the office is usually empty until 10 in the morning.

      Cons

      Low salaries. Most likely due to poor managers who cannot evaluate people's capabilities properly. Little communication between teams. Virtually no possibility of advancement. Poor organisation and operations.
