      Pros

      I'm 67 years old, and I'm incredibly proud to be working for SonicWall, a major player in the high tech industry. This is a huge honor for me, and I feel like it speaks volumes about the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. But I want to be clear: SonicWall is not a company that's behind the times. In fact, I've been consistently impressed by their willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative solutions. The company is always looking for ways to stay ahead of the curve, and I think that's a big part of why they've been so successful. Overall, I can't recommend SonicWall enough. They're a company that truly values their employees and is always looking for ways to push the envelope. If you're looking for a company that's going places, I think SonicWall is a great choice.

      Cons

      I truly cannot think of one "con." SonicWall is a fabulous employer.

      Pros

      SonicWall has a very close collaboration culture, and for most of my career, which has been in both technical support and engineering, I've worked with people in other departments. I've been able to learn and grow on the job, where I've chosen to stay as an individual contributor, because that is what I enjoy doing.

      Cons

      I have heard our compensation is a bit lower, but that is not an issue for me.

      Pros

      SonicWall offers a fully remote environment. They also care about employee satisfaction. Every time I turn around they are adding a new benefit (like paid maternal/paternal leave! woot!) And they're always trying to do fun employee engagement activities, which I love. I feel valued and appreciated and feel supported by management/leadership and they always promote from within. I truly love working here.

      Cons

      The company is large so sometimes the answers to questions or processes needs to go through 5 different people. Also, the information doesn't always trickle down to the little guys. "Oh wait, when did that happen?" sorta stuff. The timeline for things is always fuzzy.
