Pros
It gives a good chance to freshers to grow. The salary package is very nice. Sonicwall TAC lets you gain knowledge on many technologies instead of just a single technology.
Cons
Work Load is very high. Despite acceptance by management that head count is very less, they over burden employees with work in Bangalore and think it as a compulsion for them to do that work because they are paid. This is a work place not a school where you irritate an employee exactly after 15 minutes that his break is over. There are moments when TLs refuse you rest because there is huge call volume. If you are paying an employee that doesn't mean you will bug him to take back to back calls. Based on the style of work, it feels more of a call centre rather than a technical assistance centre. Not much growth avenues. Employees bound to work in night shift only.
