      Pros

      Great product line up in their Gen 7 offerings.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are not enough to cover inflation, much less a merit increase. Executive team is hands off with little to no interaction. Nothing is done to keep current employees for retention whose workload is increased with no additional benefit. Employee morale is low across the organization. Very poor communication.

      Pros

      I joined this company's TA team and I am just loving it. The day I interviewed with the team I decided this is a company where I want to grow and make a career. The people are very professional and upfront. The team works in a collaborative environment and will help you to be successful. The company is growing so there are opportunities that might not immediately exist. Culture is conductive understands work-life balance and actually respects that. You get to work with top thought leaders.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are updating technology, adding office space that comes along with any growing company.

      Pros

      It has been few years now since am working at Sonicwall. I love the camaraderie of my team and management. I've learnt a lot and implemented a lot of systems with a lot of freedom. I would definitely recommend SOnicwall to anyone who is interested in joining.
