Executives who want to see their employees individually improve and work as a team. I have received priceless coaching from the VP of Customer Excellence that I do not think I could find elsewhere.

Cons

The stress can be overwhelming if you let it, but again we have people who care about the employees, organization, and customers altogether.

Cons

Salary is on the lower side, no shares/stocks etc. Not much scope of doing work outside your domain, in case you wanted a change.
