      Good company to work at, but don't expect to be promoted sooner.

      Pros

      Friendly environment to work, people are pleasant to chat and discuss about customer cases, manager is 100% available to help you on minor/major issues. You can expect a productive and busy day at work, but not stressful most of the time.

      Cons

      I've worked 6 years, in total, for the company, and I got standard wage increases, but I have never officially been promoted to higher position, rather than others same time as I was in the company and the did.
