Attention to employees' wellbeing and carrier development (lots of resources available to improve capabilities), regular communications from the top management, flexible working hours: as a result, everyone acts responsibly and in line with Sonnedix's values.

Cons

Huge workload on an everyday basis due to the fact that Sonnedix is growing very fast: existing procedures should be reviewed and new ones created from the scratch. Management is aware of that and is working actively in this sense.

The culture is great; you work hard but you have lots of fun, colleagues are all very competent, and everyone share a common purpose to make our planet a better place

Sometimes its get a bit chaotic, but "happy chaotic"!
