Pros

I loved the small community vibe and the area coordinators are amazing people. The other RAs are great as well and you are guaranteed to meet your closest friends though this position. Free housing and partial meal plan.

Cons

It is a hard job to do. Most of the area coordinators are kind and helpful, but they have some inconsistencies. They tried to make some huge changes halfway through the school year and 3/4 of the staff almost quit.
