- Employment in different Division equates to department funds available - Good Ole Boys feeling in some divisions - Politics and bureaucracies still impact day-to-day operations

The students were creative, passionate and driven.

Cons

The faculty and administration were fully of hate and discrimination. The least inclusive or diverse school I have ever worked for. It was too upsetting to see how they bulled and marginalized the students.
