Working with students. My co-workers were decent Working from home was a plus

No support- I had more students assigned to me than anyone else new and existing and it took a year before anything was done about it and the pay was low. Less than 3 months into the job I saw the same position posted on Indeed with a pay of 50-52, 000 a year and I came into the job with an MBA in Business and ten years of experience as a Student Services Coordinator,
