Pros

Good benefits and time off Flex time Nice office space Stock options Some great people Cool product Work life balance

Cons

Very corporate even though they like to pretend otherwise Political with a good share of passive aggressive people Unorganized hr department No upward movement No real diversity Bad directors and management will stay forever because sr leaders don't want to admit they made hiring mistakes Low morale Individual contributors disappear .. Many times to cover tracks of manager Managers do not get reviews from direct reports Complete lack of organization across departments due to leaders who can't can't seem to get it together Overall this was ok for a minute , but has honestly been one of the most professionally unfulfilling, unmotivating places I have worked

Pros

Very open, creative place to work. Encourage people to take ownership and be entrepreneurial in terms of figuring out the best way to get their work done and delivery with high quality. Strong commitment to employees and their development technically. Great cultural values such as being putting the customer experience first, being progressive, and treating others based on the golden rule.

Cons

Could be more involved in terms of career paths. Right now, there aren't any impediments, but the different career paths are not that clear or easy to follow. It is sort of up to the employee to market and push him or herself up. Benefits could be a little better in terms of 401 contributions.
