Business Outlook
Pros
The people are the main pros, the teams you get to work with are filled with exceptional people who are enjoyable to work with, if slightly disorganized occasionally. The product is a huge pro as well, I love saying that I work for Sonos and that my house is also filled with the product, I can stand by it confidently.
Cons
The workload can sometimes be unmanageable, even with a great team. Systems and processes are fairly messy at times.
