      Pros

      private, filled with incredible people who are not only incredibly smart, but down to earth as well. at the core, everyone is a huge music lover and the work environment.

      limited growth opportunity internal. expanding faster than the company is growing , with hiring and facilities .

      Pros

      Sonos takes an approach to transparency that most companies claim, but few can execute when push comes to shove. Sonos has evolved into a culture of diligent owners who understand the choices made in order to continue leading the industry. They champion and recognize good work with internal opportunities and continue to change the game.

      Cons

      Trust in employees as owners can sometimes prove risky with amount of freedom granted. On the other end of the spectrum for some departments, work/life balance is also often compromised during ramp-up times.
