Great culture, Competitive Pay and Benefits, Multiple global work locations, challenging work.

Cons

After going public (IPO) many of the original founders, engineers, and experts started to cash out and exit. They deserved it! It took them 15 yrs. of very painful hard work and discipline to create the Sonos brand and reputation of great sound, reliable products and one of the highest NPS in the industry. The original CEO was extremely careful and protective of the brand and reputation. Since then, the latest software release has not gone well at atll.

- very good compensation - people focused environment, employee well being is treated as key to success - rocking product and rocking people

Cons

- restricted communication environment, critical thought is discouraged - seems to have no plan for the future or how to gain more market share... for several years
