people are nice. That's very much it.

Cons

If you want to make a difference and do things, look somewhere else. If you are a middle manager looking for a cushy place, you'll fit right in.

*Very good work/life balance and culture among the employees *Competitive salaries *open time off *Very inclusive and collaborative environment *promote growth within the company and open to career changes/team changes within the company

Cons

Lay offs seem to happen more and more frequently within the company. No matter how good the work/life is, end of the day, leadership from the top is concerned with the bottom line: to increase return for investors and to achieve exponential and unsustainable growth. Management is really banking everything on a new product and frankly they are a bit delusional.

The company has a great brand and makes amazing products. The leadership team is extremely transparent and will prioritize the quality of our products over schedule or budget. This makes it a great place for design engineers to work!

Cons

It has been challenging over the last couple years given the economic turmoil. Being a public company has its benefits and it's down-sides.
