Pros

Sonos is a great place to work with amazing culture. Very flexible when it comes to working hours, you do not get micromanaged. As long as you do good work and stay on top of your responsibilities you are all set. The people at Sonos are what make it so special.

Cons

Receiving increases in salaries is very challenging.

Pros

Great comp and benefits, cool technology, progressive company, tons of very talented engineers

Cons

Suffers from some classic large(ish)-company problems like annoying beauracracy, silo'ed knowledge is a problem. The org hierarchy is rather thick, as a senior individual contributer I report to the Team Lead, who is in to the QA Manager, Senior QA Manager, QA Director, engineering director, tech VP, tech SVP, CIO, CEO. phew!

Pros

Strong employee and customer focused culture where doing the right thing matters.

Cons

Management struggles to figure out what's "next" so the company has great products, but not a lot of innovation
