Pros

Sonos is the best home for hardware engineers I know of. Anyone who has worked elsewhere often says that nothing even compares. The work is exciting, the culture is innovative and collaborative, and the products are truly special. The pay is decent too, and there's a lot of upward mobility. Not everything is perfect, but the grass is pretty green over here and I could see myself staying for a long time.

Cons

As a public company, sometimes the incentives are more aimed at increasing shareholder value rather than making the best product.
