We recognize Sony’s most valuable asset is our talent. Check out our careers page at www.sonyjobs.com and come back when you are ready. Thanks for your feedback.
There is a strong sense of family and pride of ownership in Sony. You want to work hard not just for yourself but for your team and for the customers who buy the products and solutions. You'll stay on the cutting edge of consumer electronic while working at Sony. Super flexible on PTO and on work-life balance here.
Cons
Budget considerations were always a concern for projects. You'll have to work hard to win support for your ideas and productize for customers. You may find yourself spending more time selling your ideas than actually innovating on new ones.
Colleagues: smart, motivated people
Product discounts
Beautiful environment, gym, cafeteria & coffee bar on campus
If you get a good manager, you can work on exceptional projects.
Cons
