      Good challenging environment but no scope for growth.All top posts filled by the oldest timers.

      Cons

      The middle and senior management dont have a vision and all senior are the oldest in the system who have no clue about the changing dynamics.They are not go getters but wait for some lucky oppurtunities coming their way.
