Very low pay, could not get headphones stocked all the time therefore no bonus for the month many times. Were promised an internal competition where person with highest sales could get an incentive - it did not happen even though they even showcased the prizes promised. After working for a year and increasing sales regularly and high, I asked for a discussion in pay rise or position change- which was agreed to but delayed every month for 7 months until i decided to leave. Would've done it sooner, but sales activator kept my spirits up as I know he was fighting for me to get that discussion.
