Pros

Great work place. It was refreshing to work with Engineers from different Countries and backgrounds. Sony was also a great place to get training on products you work with.

Cons

Too many tiers of Management. When this happens, the communication gap widens due to the egos that get involved. Engineers are creative people that don't want the hassle of having too many Chef's in the Kitchen.
