      Still strong presence in B2B broadcasting market that needs attention. Other good products category on B2B division (Medical, Projectors, CCTV). Easy to open customers doors due to strong brandname and quality background.

      Cons

      Unclear strategy on products development. Lack of resources for products development. Slow to make decisions. Intracompany transfers with no strategical evaluation, affecting regional operations.

      Has good benefits for a company it's size. Unlimited vacation days are great.

      Cons

      The reality of taking all that vacation is not so easy as it sounds. I have had 5 managers in the last year, with all the changes.
