      Pros

      Cool brand, european operation with large opportunity for personal growth. The work hours are often long but the flexibility is great.

      Cons

      Traditional and with modern standards quite slow pace of change. Traffic in the area can be painful for commuters.

      Great environment and enjoy the people in the trenches as they give their heart and soul

      Very little concern about its employees or their welfare, very disconnected from their user base.

      Technically amazing and fantastic engineering. Forward thinking and future thinkers.

      Cons

      Japanese culture stifles US contributions. Most upper management is male japanese looking to 'hold on'.
