      Pros

      The best vacation policy I have ever seen. You get 4 weeks vacation right off the bat plus basically 2 weeks off at Christmas. You eventually move up to 6 weeks -- and you are allowed to take it! Fun product

      Corporate environment, so not the most cutting edge.
