Lower pay compared to other Bay Area tech companies. Compensation doesn't offer stock or EPP plan. Does leadership know what they are doing? Depending on the team you are in and the manager, tons of work with no hiring to back fill. No upward mobility and not a lot of opportunity for growth.

Pay is ok: you can make more at other companies in the area. EA role is a dead end position: there is no growth for this role and HR has confirmed it. To HR/company, you are a glorified secretary. Some lazy people: like every company, there are some low performers / lazy people who have mastered the art of talking really well but don't work themselves.
