The pay - now looking for another job I appreciate how much I was paid there a lot more! Before COVID the atmosphere in the office was amazing, it was a good place to work

COVID changed it a lot - remote working along with globalisation brought in longer working hours, weren't as connected with team, after office plans ceased to exist Has a really flat org structure so opportunities for growth are slim
