      Pros

      The backlot is beautiful and bustling and there are a lot of opportunities for employees who want to network outside their department or develop expertise in multiple areas of entertainment.

      Cons

      Upward mobility within one's own department is very hit or miss. Like any large, diverse company it is very political and bureaucratic to its own detriment and efficiency at times.
