Pros
There are many people who have worked there for well over 20 years. Turnover is low. However, success opportunities are very limited as there are no areas of growth at the company.
Cons
Stagnation describes most of the company in a single word. There are rarely any significant growth opportunities as high level management rarely turns over and the main focus of department heads is not making waves and hanging on to their jobs for as long as possible. Completely useless HR department. If you have any valid complaints, don't waste your time, just get a lawyer.
