Pros
Worked with some great people and as with all things and places learned new things. Pension and benefits. Lunch time screenings. Good location.
Cons
Lacks diversity, not sure it's equal pay and no room to grow or climb. Suffers from tired ways of thinking. Senior staff/management can be out of touch. There is a culture of staying quiet and upset rather than speaking up, perhaps because you're more likely to be scolded for speaking out.
