      They have some nice brands

      I have been fortunate to have contracted at some of the big Media brands, and was expecting this to be similar. It wasn't at all, it was very formal, people weren't friendly and your work isn't appreciated. It's particularly bad for contractors as they don't even provide you with a notice period, you could go in to work one day only to find out you're out of a job tomorrow.
