      Great Studio... but its a studio

      Pros

      - Good smart people that love what they are doing - Good teamwork and information sharing - At least its not (insert struggling studio name here)

      - Sometimes tough access to execs - At mid- to senior- levels, growth flattens out

      It was a great experience, but interns were given no responsibility and management did not know how to delegate.

      Pros

      Great experience and exposure to the film industry. Very exciting to work at premieres and to see the movies in advance at screenings.

      Cons

      Management did not delegate tasks to interns. This may have been due to poor leadership abilities or lack of trust for interns. This made me, as well as other interns, feel very incompetent and underappreciated. We literally spent entire days just staring at the walls.
