Pros

The salary and perks aren't too bad.

Cons

1. No culture for people development and learning. Managers themselves aren't showing the way themselves in continuously developing themselves through mentoring and being curious about people as human beings beyond what they can do at work. HR is disconnected with what's happening on the ground and they don't do anything to enable and shift things to create a great workplace environment. 2. Incentives not designed to drive collaboration and cross-team collaboration Given these, it's a great place to stay for 1-2 years, learn what you can and leave.
