      only one : discounts on products

      Cons

      No clear goals set. manganers dont have any clear roadmap. organisation behaves as if they are slaves to Japan. less salary compared to other organisation. Most people behave as is they are still in school. maturity level within the team and organisation is very less. people are hesitant to talk.

      Pros

      Good place to learn about manufacturing process. Able to participate in the various events (related to manufacturing) prior to a Product launching.

      Cons

      Repetitive over time. Not worth the time to spend many years with this company. Compensation and benefits, salaries are on the lower tier in my opinion.
