      Pros

      The majority of the people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      I don't think people are promoted based on qualifications or experience. One of Sony's upper mgt leaders lacks the very basic skills to lead a group of girl scouts and for some reason Sony thinks he is qualified to lead a dozen sales reps? This is a very serious situation. Not going to end very well.
