Pros
There's a gym on the lot with free classes and subsidized personal training. There are discounts on Sony products, cameras. TVs. The benefits package is pretty good.
Cons
There's a lot of secrecy and this leads to a lot of miscommunication in general. Also, some of the places can be pretty cold, employees aren't as involved across the board with other departments.
