      Pros

      Although this is a Japanese company, you do not feel it is Japanese. Really a global environment accepting diversities and lots of chances to work in different locations including Tokyo.

      Cons

      The Retirement Program recently implemented to reduce senior management roles over certain age is indeed working negatively to sustain motivations of people in the company.
