The high quality of the products and the tradition of the brand can make the life of communication department a little bit easier. Honest people that recognises hard work from the employees. Employees treat each other as a family.
Cons
The biggest problem of Sony is that they need to rejuvenate the brand. The Japanese culture is so focus on hard work that sometimes people feel bad about having a life outside the company.
