      Pros

      The direct supervisor was amazing, kind, helpful, and supportive. Peers were wonderful professionals. Decent benefits, flexibility in the role was ok at times, it depended on who you were working with as to whether or not you had it.

      Cons

      Constant changes, multiple reorganizations, pay not keeping pace, leadership uncertainty, and top-heavy.
