      Pros

      The staff is amazing, the company really cares about its employees. There is opportunity for advancement. Flexible schedule with optional overtime almost every week.

      Cons

      The work becomes tedious after a while. There are different rotations of work assigned every week but for the most part you are just cutting swabs.

      Pros

      The company is really close knit, and the management seems to really want to help out the employees. The work environment is pretty fun considering we work with forensics

      Cons

      I can't think of too many cons. The upper management doesn't always back the most sensible decisions in the eyes of the employees, but maybe that is why they work as upper management.

      Pros

      Interesting work that comes through. Good people to work with, nice environment. The management is approachable and willing to listen to suggestions and concerns.

      Cons

      Can be tedious, but that kind of goes with the territory of lab work. Not great pay when compared with national average, but when needed for traveling there was a decent traveling benefit.
