Great place to work but solution failed to launch

Great people the company showed you on a consistent basis that you are appreciated.

Cons

After being hired the position changed on me due to decisions by management. It was supposed to be a technical role but the only thing I did was power points. After several months they hired a QA director after which there was no work for me to do. I should have been fired or laid off at that point for I was not needed, I couldn't even farm work from other teams to stay consistently busy.
