Pros

Work around priceless pieces of art, have week off between Christmas and New Years. Able to travel to multiple global locations. They pay for your phone bill and have a large department budget

Cons

Low pay for admins and non specialist departments. They take advantage of those who love Art by paying them below market value. Low bonuses/raises, low match, no commuting benefit, Have to wear black a lot, and no workplace flexibility. I wouldn't want to work in HR currently as the tunover rate is astounding.
