      Poor management, backwards company culture

      Pros

      Exposure to great artworks, weekly pay, paid Uber rides for overtime.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, unrelenting, inhumane schedule, embittered staff reluctant to train employees for fear of losing their position. Even if you have experience in the arts it won't make a difference, you'll still be treated as if you have none. Poor management, zero leadership, broken and manipulative communication between departments. No one looking out for you, only themselves and their own success.

      Pros

      Depending on your department and nepo status, you may receive a salary that will pay rent.

      Cons

      Absolutely, terribly, and irreversibly disorganized and under resourced to function as a billion dollar business. The President seems to only be interested in making money for the owner. COO does not seem to be close enough to the business or his own team to support any sort of quality transformation. The Marketing team is underpaid and overworked, with the exception of the executives. Older, digitally challenged leadership is gradually replaced with younger, digitally challenged “leadership” with focus on their own pet projects or commissions. No growth opportunity for non-nepos or anyone below VP.

      Cool art and interesting colleagues

      Cons

      Lack of interest in equitable pay or providing a good working culture is demoralizing and is contributing negatively to the companies ability to bring in business or support clients. Frankly it's embarrassing.
