Pros

I started at Sound just over 6 months ago and it has been a great experience. I have felt very welcomed by my team and by the other departments that I have worked with. The hybrid schedule has been a great mix for flexibility and also getting to know people in the office. The company has great benefits and a great PTO!

Cons

Not too many to think of, I think we could utilize IT resources more effectively and that some of the platforms are on the older side.

Minimum wage is now $20.00 per hour, great benefits, many opportunities to grow and advance to higher positions.

Cons

Sense entry level pay is now $20.00, even with years experience and being in a higher position you will only make up to $1-3 more than entry level with no experience.
