Great medical benefits for employees and dependents. Pay is competitive. Leadership listens and was everyone to grow and excel. Feedback is actually listened to and utilized. There is always opportunity to promote within the company and/or move departments for learning opportunities.

Cons

Just like everywhere else in the country, staffing is tough. Branches are running lean.

I genuinely look forward to going to work everyday with Sound. Some things I love: -Supportive and inclusive atmosphere. I always feel like I can show up as my authentic self. -Community oriented company and supports local. -Benefits and paid time off are amazing! -Growth opportunities and a lot of internal growth paths that are attainable and encouraged. -Excellent work/life balance. -Great pay. -I always feeling like I am learning and progressing in my career.
