Pros

Sound has many growth opportunities, an extensive training program (including a leadership development program), the company culture is like a family, and the benefits are phenomenal!

Cons

At times there is a lot of change with many projects happening at the same time. Management is aware and is taking action to eliminate so many happening at once. I appreciate how forward thinking they are and how they listen to employees to make efficiency improvements.
