There's a lot of confidence in employees, very little micromanagement. You have a say in what projects you want to work on Free lunch Smart and motivated people Room for career growth Work-life balance is great

Cons

Benefits are just okay Sometimes there's a lack of direction Engineering salaries are on the low side for the Bay Area, especially for a company with this amount of funding Teams are understaffed (probably because of compensation)
