Great Mentality of personnel,very team driven,very little administrative overhead to get in way of productively achieving goals,management support any time required for personal issues.Very dynamic culture and promotes innovative approaches of problem solving

You will learn a lot, and you will work harder than any other place, which will make you the most wanted employee by other companies :)

Sometimes it gets hectic, and it is very serious environment, pushing to production is the most stressful part of your day

Pros

1- casual and laid-back environment with no dress code. 2- flexible working hours. 3- almost everyone is friendly and helpful. 4- free fruits and snacks. 5- the work is pretty challenging with a steep learning curve. i learned a lot in just one year in terms of technical skills and retail business knowledge.

Cons

1- salaries could be better. 2- can be pretty chaotic at times with no well-defined rules for most processes. to their credit though, they realize this problem and are working to address it. 3- lack of proper communication between tech teams which sometimes results in conflicting work. 4- lack of documentation of code and business processes which makes it very hard for new hires to learn how and why things are done.
